MY STORY

A Puerto Rico native, son of Cuban immigrants and resident of Miami, Florida since 1998. He Lives sand Loves the Miami lifestyle: a perfect mix of a City and the energy of Beach living. 

A background in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design shaped his interests in becoming a Realtor Associate in 2001 in Florida. A gifted opportunity to join a RE Company during the process of growth of South Beach. Real Estate was a natural perfect fit for him as it combined the Business and the Design he always craved for. His passion, patience and Perseverance always made him excel in the business. Since then, he has experienced various market cycles which have polished his senses and be able to perceive the right time to enter and exit a market for a profitable investment. His design background aids in envisioning space and making the best use of it.

A design vision is very beneficial to investors as he understands the proper way to remodel without breaking bank, yet attracting the majority of the market by presenting a classic modern style with a twist: “In a sea of inventory available for investment, you need to be unique, but not eccentric nor too personal”. He enjoys the investing aspect of the business, yet the emotions in residential sales are very fulfilling as well: “First-time home Buyers and newly-weds bring lots of  emotion, hope and joy into the purchase of a residence”.
